moshimoshi enjoyed lunch at Taiyo restaurant in Lausanne. This restaurant is managed by chinese people. moshimoshi had Chirashi sushi with Genmaicha green tea.
Positive Sushi bar, wide choice of sushi, fresh, rice not too cold, friendly service.
Negative Rice with too much vinegar, small fish slices, wasabi and gari not tasty.
