moshimoshi experienced for the first time Matsuri kaiten sushi restaurant in Confédération Centre, downtown Geneva. This large restaurant propose seats at the bar, on a small tables next to the conveyor belt or even outside in the mall.

Order special or hot dishes “à la carte”, but enjoy the sushi from the conveyor belt. From 3 CHF to 11 CHF, choose the color and the sushi.

moshimoshi enjoyed many “yellow” plates, cucumber maki, surimi maki, sea weed salad, inside-out maki. As dessert  a Daifukumochi (small round mocha, glutinous rice cake, with paste made from azuki beans).

Tips: go for lunch, more customers = more turnover = fresh sushi.

Positive Efficient service (it’s self-service!).

Negative Too expensive, small sushi bites, rice overcooked, 11 CHF for 2 slices of Tuna ?!, no space between seats, crammed
