On tour in Neuchâtel at Hotel Beau-Lac, moshimoshi enjoyed sushi from Lake Side restaurant. On the menu:
- Lake side no moriawase sushi set (48CHF) including 15 pieces: Miso soup, salmon, sea bass sashimi, white fish, black tiger, spicy tuna nigiri, cucumber maki and mackerel temaki.
- Futomaki (20CHF).
But the lunch was not perfect because too many birdies were flying through the restaurant and furnitures were very dirty (bird dejections).
Positive Quality, freshness, rice, portions well served, friendly service, lake view.
Negative Price, nori seaweed consistency of rubber, too old, please clean-up the seats and furnitures.
