After long time, I went back to Hashimoto restaurant in Geneva. Why so long without Hashimoto’s sushi? For Lunch I choose the Sushi set, including Miso soup, fresh Salad.
Fresh fish, very well sliced, rice excellent, salmon, tuna, eel, shrimp maki and nigiri.
Deco? No major changes. And service as average, a bit slow, so busy as lunch, restaurant was full.
Must go back more often.
