The sushi roller is on sale at Globus (59.90 CHF). Two size, “hosomaki” or “futomaki” rollers.
This tool could help you to cook maki sushi, but moshimoshi is not 100% sure of that.
Better to rely on your experience, your know-how and a small mat made of bamboo to master sushi rolling.
Opening soon

Le Sumo yakitori restaurant

moshimoshi experienced last Thursday the famous yakitori restaurant located in les Pâquis. Always a great journey to sit at the U-bar, listen to the Jazz music, ordering few yakitori and drinking Asahi beers.
Positive : genuine Japanese taste, amazing surroundings, wide range of yakitori, set menus (soup+yakitori+rice).
Negative : small quantities, price, must make a reservation, small space.
Just go and enjoy.
Challenge? Got the Chef to crack a smile.
