Bad experience at Sushi Zen in Epalinges restaurant. Sushi are made by Covedis SA in Lausanne. Bad Service Too cold sushi rice Nori seaweed too soft No Green tea drinks Too much packaging (Save Earth, please!) Prices too expensive for such quality.

Chez Yoshi in Chexbres (VD). Still excellent quality, still friendly service, always Pinot Gris … still expensive.

Last lunch at Wasabi, rue du Vieux-Collège in Geneva, was a very bad experience: - unfriendly service, no thank you, no “itadakimasu” - bill details incomprehensible (drinks, gioza all are count like sushi). Lunch outside Geneva, on the lake side in Versoix. Always a pleasure to enjoy sushi at Uchino. For lunch, sushi set 27 CHF: - soup - sushi maki and nigiri - zensai (appetizers) Excellent. Having dinner at Shogun
On of the moshimoshi’s favorites in Geneva, Shogun restaurant in Eaux-Vives neighborhood. Wide choice of Japanese meals, from sushi to tempura. With friends, moshimoshi recommends menu sets.
